Guam Shipping Notice 🌴

  • USPS Priority Mail to Guam typically takes 10–14 days
  • Delays may occur due to distance, weather, or carrier conditions

By placing an order, you acknowledge:

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package is with the carrier
  • We are not liable for spoilage or damage caused by extended transit times

Risk of Loss:
Ownership and responsibility transfer to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

Delivered Packages / Lost or Stolen Items:
Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered fulfilled.

Island Zing Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a secure delivery location
  • Monitoring tracking updates

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

SECTION 6 - HOLIDAY SHIPPING DISCLAIMER 🎄

During peak holiday periods:

  • Delivery by December 25 is not guaranteed
  • Carrier delays are common
  • We are not responsible for late deliveries

No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders arriving after December 25.
