Returns & Refunds Policy

All Sales Final (Perishable Goods)

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.


Damages, Issues, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@islandzing.co with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer 🌴

We ship from California, USA, and orders shipped to Guam may experience longer transit times.

Estimated shipping times to Guam via USPS Priority Mail are typically 10–14 days, but may vary depending on carrier conditions.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed
  • Delivery may take longer due to distance, weather, or carrier delays
  • We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier
  • We are not liable for damage or spoilage caused by delays outside our control

We take care to package all items appropriately, but cannot guarantee product condition upon arrival due to shipping conditions.


Holiday Shipping Policy (Christmas Orders) 🎄

During the holiday season, shipping carriers experience increased volumes and delays.

  • We do not guarantee delivery by December 25
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays
  • No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders that arrive after December 25

We strongly recommend ordering early and selecting expedited shipping where available.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Perishable food items (general returns)
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
  • Orders delayed by the shipping carrier
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Products based on taste preference or personal expectation

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within the 48-hour window, and we will work with you to resolve it.


Refunds (If Approved)

If your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
