Shipping Method

We primarily ship using USPS Priority Mail.


Shipping to Guam 🌴

Orders shipped from the mainland United States to Guam typically take:

  • 10–14 days via USPS Priority Mail

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed
  • Transit times may vary due to distance, weather, or carrier delays
  • Shipping to Guam may take longer than standard U.S. deliveries

Perishable Goods & Transit Conditions

Island Zing Co products are perishable food items.

We take care to package orders appropriately; however, by placing an order, you acknowledge:

  • Products may be exposed to temperature fluctuations during transit
  • Extended shipping times may impact product condition
  • We cannot guarantee freshness upon arrival due to factors outside our control

Shipping Delays & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier:

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays
  • We are not liable for spoilage or damage caused by extended transit times
  • Delays may occur due to weather, logistics, or high shipping volume

Delivery & Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped FOB (Freight On Board).

  • Responsibility transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier
  • Orders marked as “Delivered” are considered fulfilled

Lost or Stolen Packages

Island Zing Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a secure delivery location
  • Monitoring tracking updates

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Check with neighbors or your local delivery area
  • Contact USPS to file a missing mail request

Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect addresses
  • Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Holiday Shipping Notice 🎄

During peak holiday periods:

  • Shipping carriers may experience significant delays
  • Delivery by December 25 is not guaranteed

We are not responsible for late deliveries due to carrier delays.

No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders that arrive after December 25.

We strongly recommend ordering early during the holiday season.


Shipping Upgrades (If Offered)

If expedited shipping options are available, customers may select them at checkout.

Please note:

  • Expedited shipping may reduce transit time but is still not guaranteed
  • Carrier delays may still occur
